MANDRA creates and hosts curated group journeys for people who value depth, connection, and real experiences.
These Travel Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between MANDRA ("we", "us") and you ("Participant").
By booking or joining a MANDRA experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If something here does not feel right to you, please don't book — we want every journey to begin with clarity and trust.
MANDRA curates and hosts experiential group journeys.
We are not a traditional travel agency.
We do not sell airline tickets or operate transportation or lodging services directly.
Some services may be provided by independent partners (hotels, drivers, activity providers). They operate independently and under their own responsibility.
By booking, you confirm that:

Unless stated otherwise for a specific journey:

You grant MANDRA permission to use photos or videos taken during experiences for storytelling and marketing purposes — unless you notify us in writing that you prefer not to be included.
MANDRA is registered as a Seller of Travel with the State of California.

Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
MANDRA participates in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) and maintains a trust account as required by California law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California courts.
These Terms exist to protect everyone involved — participants, hosts, and the integrity of the experience.
