Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in a MANDRA journey may involve:

• walking, hiking, driving
• outdoor and urban environments
• physical exertion
• unpredictable conditions

I accept that these activities carry inherent risks.

Voluntary Participation

I confirm that:

• I am participating by choice
• I am physically and mentally capable
• I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions
• I take full responsibility for my participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless MANDRA, its team members, guides, and partners from any claims arising from my participation, including claims related to ordinary negligence.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to act responsibly and respectfully toward:

• fellow participants
• local communities
• nature and public spaces

I understand that my actions affect the group experience.

Medical Consent

In case of emergency, I authorize MANDRA to seek medical care on my behalf.

I understand that all related costs are my responsibility.

Binding Agreement

This Waiver applies to:

• me
• my heirs
• my legal representatives

It is governed by the laws of the State of California.
